How much is delivery?

For full size orders, the minimum order value for free delivery is £250.00 (England only), the delivery charge otherwise is:

£35.00 to England
£55.00 to Wales
£58.00 to Scotland

How will my delivery arrive?

We try to deliver all our tile orders with our own fleet of lorries and vans. However sometimes we may need to use an external delivery company where necessary.

When will my delivery arrive?

We aim to deliver where possible within 3-7 days depending on location and stock levels. If we are awaiting production we will do our best to keep you informed. Under no circumstances should you book a fixer in anticipation of arrival of the goods, but you should receive and inspect the goods first. Presley Ceramics will not be held responsible for costs incurred through non arrival of goods. We will inform you when we anticipate your delivery will take place within 48 hours of placing your order. If we have a vehicle in your area sometimes we will be able to deliver next day! When you place your order online or over the telephone please be sure to give us as many contact numbers for yourself as possible. Our drivers might need them to get hold of you.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, it is necessary to sign for your order, unless specific delivery instructions are given in writing to leave them somewhere. If the tiles are left, Presley Ceramics do not accept any liability for your order.

What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

Unless by prior arrangement, the driver will not leave the tiles. If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of £45 may be incurred. If we are to deliver in your absence then you must sign and post a waiver to us in advance accepting that it is at your own risk.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?

Yes, we use a specialist freight company to do this but time delays will be incurred due to the distance and shipping routes. There is a minimum delivery fee of £55.00 per pallet.
